Lodgement of Annual PAYG Summary & Employees PAYG Summaries - 1 Hr

Lodgement of Annual Taxable Payments, Includes 4 contractors - 1 Hr*

Instruction of how to use Xero/MYOB/QuickBooks -

$65.00 per hour*

Compliance of Single Touch Payroll & set up - 2 Hrs initial setup which includes 2 employees

Cashflows/Projections (As requested) $165.00

If monthly Quick Books subscriptions are managed by us, we can offer a 10% discount on pricing and plans

ABN Registration - $90.00

*Travel costs may vary according to distance traveled.

*Greater than > 4 contractors - ( For every contractor included - 15mins charged)

*Minimum Lesson 2 hrs $130.00. After 2 Hrs - we charge in 15min increment

*Greater than > 2 employees, we charge 15 mins per employee included

Minimum hourly rate $55.00 per hour.
After 2 hours we charge in 15 min increments

Minimum charged per visit (2 hours) is $110.00

Travel cost - distance greater than 20km from Bendigo $25.00*

Lodgement Fees of BAS/IAS - 1 Hr

 
PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is required after 7 days of invoicing.

Once the client’s account has reached $1,500.00, we will temporarily stop work until we are paid in full or prior payment arrangement is in place.

If the client requires of us to finalise multiple Business Activity Statement's (BAS’s) we require a deposit of 20% and then a regular payment installment is required

If client's overdue account is over $1,500.00 and more than 3 months, the client's debt will be sent to Complete Credit Management Services (a debt collection service agency).

LODGEMENT AND PAYMENT DUE DATES

We require client’s documents and information necessary to finalise their BAS, 14 days before the due date.
Client's will incur a $50.00 fee for every quarter they fail to provide on time. (This fee will come into effect as of 1/7/2020)

If client's do not provide their documents on time, they are at risk of incurring a late lodgement fine from the ATO.
Fines vary from $500.00 to $1050.00 depending on the size of the entity (whether sole trader, partnership, company or trust).
If the client's information and documents are not provided to us in a reasonable timely manner, we will not be liable for the ATO fine they incur.

 
DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION REQUIRED TO FINALISE MONTHLY/QUARTERLY BAS
  • All business-related bank statements

  • All credit cards statements

  • Business loan statements

  • Bill/ Expenses paid by Eftpos, Ebank, Bpay's and Cash

  • Sales records (if business income are not based on bank statement)

  • If new business loan agreements are taken up, we require business loan agreements etc. motor vehicle loan or equipment loan

  • Purchase invoice for Capital Purchase over $1,000.00 etc. motor vehicle

  • Notify us for any sale of Plant & Equipment over $1,000.00

  • Notify us for commencement of new employees, we require personal details of employee etc. Tax File Number and Super info
